Reviewbeleid van onthewadden.com

Het onderstaande reviewbeleid wordt gehanteerd vanaf 25 mei 2022.

Het is alleen mogelijk om een review te schrijven na een verblijf in de accommodatie, de huurder krijgt dan per e-mail een persoonlijke uitnodiging om een review te schrijven.
Na het schrijven van de review heeft de verhuurder tien dagen de tijd om de review goed te keuren of af te keuren omdat deze niet voldoet aan het reviewbeleid. Wanneer dit niet binnen tien dagen gebeurt, wordt de review automatisch geplaatst.
Alleen de 25 meest recente reviews van elk verblijf die voldoen aan het reviewbeleid worden getoond op de website.
Reviews ouder dan drie jaar worden niet getoond op de website.
Alleen de cijfers van reviews die op de website worden getoond tellen mee voor het gemiddelde cijfer van een accommodatie.
Er is geen sprake van sponsoring of betaling voor het schrijven van reviews door de website.

Reviews cannot be posted if they meet any of the following:

The review is not about the accommodation, the landlord or the immediate surroundings of the accommodation.
Examples:
A review can be rejected because it is about:
- The weather.
- One of the fellow travellers.
- A restaurant where the visitor has been.
A review cannot be disapproved because of:
- A comment about the immediate surroundings, such as the location of the accommodation on a busy road or in a place with little privacy.
When writing the review, the tenant also has the opportunity to leave feedback for the landlord. A review may be disapproved if it contains information that falls under feedback for the landlord and not under review.
Examples:
A review may be disapproved because it deals with:
- A broken light bulb.
- A spider's web.
A review cannot be disapproved because of:
- The website states that there is internet in the accommodation, but no internet is facilitated in the accommodation.
The review is not useful for subsequent tenants.
Example:
- The review is highly subjective (contains more opinions than facts).
